Health Plan Open Enrollment Information

The annual Health Insurance Open Enrollment period provides you with an opportunity to switch your employer-sponsored medical and supplemental dental insurance plans and/or add eligible dependents, including sponsored dependents to your insurance policy. If you fail to make these changes within this time period your next opportunity to do so will be during the next open enrollment period in 2010 unless you have a qualifying event change.

The medical and prescription plans being offered contain benefit changes that may affect you beginning October 1^st. Please refer to the benefit summary guide for details on these changes.
