Court Services Division

The Wayne County Clerk is the Clerk of the Third Judicial Circuit Court. The Court Services Division accepts, reviews and processes Civil Court Cases in excess of $25,000, as well as Family and Divorce cases. Additionally, the Court Services Division also assists citizens in the preparation and execution of Personal Protection Orders (PPOs).
